“Marilyn Pierce is the Assistant Director of Kravis Leadership Institute and brings close to a decade of higher education administration experience to KLI. She performs a wide range of project-development, client-development, managerial, and administrative functions, in addition to assisting in the development and implementation of strategic planning, co-curricular leadership programming, conferences, and workshops. Marilyn also serves as the Institute’s liaison between the President’s office, Athenaeum, Director of Events and Stewardship, and the 7C’s. She leads a team of students who assist in planning and executing events involving the KLI Advisory Board, Kravis Fellows, and the community. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University, a Certificate in Research Administration from the University of Southern California, and a M.S. in Leadership in Higher Education at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology.”
